What does it cost?
£15.00 a month for Standard and £29.00 a month for Pro. Paying for a year is twelve months for the price of ten. Craftrun takes 0% of what your customers pay you, on every plan, permanently.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The trial is 14 days and asks for no card up front. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan at the end of it.
Do I have to build a price list?
No, and that is rather the point. Your page asks a customer to describe the arch they want and show you any photo they love. You read it and quote it by hand. Nothing is priced or booked without you.
What is my request link?
craftrun.co.uk followed by your own short name, which you choose at signup and can change in Settings. The longer craftrun.co.uk/book/ version keeps working too, so a link already in your bio or on a printed QR code will not break.
Can I move over from something else?
Yes. You can bring your past work across from Instagram, and paste in an enquiry from WhatsApp, Instagram or email rather than retyping it. Your existing customers do not need to do anything differently.
How do I cancel?
In Settings, under Billing. There is no notice period and nothing to phone about. Your data stays yours and you can export your figures before you go.
Something is broken, or a page is wrong.
Email us and say what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot helps more than anything. We would rather hear about it twice than not at all.
