What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because we never took a card. Your account pauses rather than disappearing, your data stays exactly where it is, and you can pick a plan whenever you are ready. The 14 days are for deciding, not a countdown.
Which plan should I start on?
Pro, if this is your main work: it is the one with enough AI to design every enquiry, the chasing done for you, and 20 AI videos a month. Standard if you take a few jobs a month. Max if you post every day. You can switch at any point in the trial, and after it.
Does Craftrun draw the design?
Mostly in your own AI app, and here when that runs out. Craftrun reads the request and their photo, designs it, and writes the shopping list and a detailed prompt with the exact balloons in it. Paste that into ChatGPT, Gemini or whichever AI app you use. Free AI apps stop after a few pictures a day, so Pro also draws 15 a month inside Craftrun, and Max 40. Every plan gets the promo-shot prompt; Pro and Max add the venue, shop front, home party and close-up setups. Prompts are counted each month (20 on Standard, 200 on Pro, 500 on Max), and copying one you have already had is free.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you like. Moving up takes effect straight away and you are charged the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have paid for.
Is there anything else to pay?
No setup fee, no contract and 0% commission, permanently. Card fees on your bookings go to Stripe, your payment processor, not to us, and they are the same fees you would pay taking a card any other way. Craftrun adds nothing on top.
Run out of AI videos in a busy month?
Buy a pack of 5 for £7, once, not a subscription. Pack videos are used only after the month's own, never expire, and are 10 seconds each. Videos that fail are not counted. Packs are for Pro and Max.
Is VAT included?
Prices are in pounds sterling and there is no VAT to add. Craftrun is not VAT registered, so there is no VAT element on your invoice and nothing to reclaim.
Do I lose my data if I cancel?
No. Export your clients, bookings, quotes and financial records as CSV at any point, including after you cancel. Your business records are yours; we hold them, we do not own them.
Are there discounts?
Two. Paying yearly is 2 months free. And referring 2 businesses that go on to pay makes your next month free, as often as you like. Accountants and bookkeepers can join the partner programme for 20% recurring commission instead.
