Is it worth £24 a month?
Don't take our word for it — put your own hours, rates and job values in. The point isn't to produce an impressive number. It's to add up a cost you're already paying but have never seen written down.
Put your own numbers in
Nothing here is sent anywhere. Drag the sliders until they look like your month.
Scrolling back through messages, retyping the same details, chasing people.
What you'd charge a customer for that hour, not what's left after costs.
Buried in a thread, replied to two days late, or never answered at all.
Roughly what a typical booking is worth to you.
Every job you price up, whether or not it's booked.
Be honest — most people doing mental maths on a doorstep round down.
What the chaos costs you
Per month, on your numbers.
- Admin time you get back
- £758.33
- Work from enquiries that stop going missing
- £240.00
- Profit you stop giving away by underquoting
- £128.00
- Total slipping away each month
- £1,126.33
- Craftrun Starter
- −£24.00
70% of your admin hours, valued at your own rate
Enquiries land in one inbox with a reminder attached
Quotes priced from your own saved rates, not mental maths
You'd be better off by
£1,102 a month
That's 46.9× what the subscription costs.
These are estimates from the numbers you typed, not a promise. The maths assumes Craftrun wins back 70% of your admin time — not all of it, because some admin is simply the job. It deliberately puts nothing in for better cash flow or for the tax you overpay when receipts go missing: those are real, but they vary far too much between businesses for us to put a number on them honestly. Your own result will differ.
What you're not paying
The line on your bank statement is the whole cost. There is no second one.
0% commission
We never take a slice of a booking. Most platforms take around 2.9% of everything you earn on top of their monthly fee. We don't, and we're not going to start — it's a fixed rule of the product, not an introductory offer.
No setup fee
Nothing to pay to get started, and nothing to pay to import your existing clients. Your trade's services, prices and stock list are already in there.
No contract
No minimum term and no notice period. Cancel in your settings and the subscription runs to the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops.
No card for the trial
14 days, everything unlocked, and we don't ask for card details up front. If it isn't for you, do nothing — the trial simply ends.
Pricing questions
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your account pauses rather than disappearing. Nothing is charged, because we never took a card. Your data stays exactly where it is and you can pick a plan whenever you're ready — the 14 days are for deciding, not for a countdown timer.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you like. Moving up takes effect straight away and you're charged the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal so you keep what you've paid for.
Is VAT included in these prices?
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT due on the subscription. If your business is VAT registered, your invoice from us shows the VAT element so you can reclaim it.
What about card processing fees on my bookings?
Those go to Stripe, your payment processor — not to us. You see them itemised, and they are the same fees you'd pay taking a card payment any other way. Craftrun adds nothing on top.
Do I lose my data if I cancel?
No. Export your clients, bookings, quotes and financial records as CSV at any point, including after you cancel. Your business records are yours; we hold them, we don't own them.
Are there discounts?
Two. Paying yearly is 2 months free. And referring 2 businesses that go on to pay makes your next month free, as often as you like. Accountants and bookkeepers can instead join the partner programme for 20% recurring commission.
Still unsure? Read the terms — they're written to be read, not to hide things.
Try it before you decide anything.
14 days, every feature, no card. If it doesn't save you time, walk away and you've lost nothing.
